TYPICAL PROCESSING
Flexible Processing Solutions for Large-Scale Materials
Compatible with laser powers from 6kW to 40kW. Tackle thick plates
with ease, delivering high-speed cutting, superior edge quality, and
increased productivity for heavy industrial applications.
Heavy-duty floor-mounted rails provide a stable, vibration-free base.
Modular design allows easy extension for unlimited cutting length
while maintaining precision over long travels.
RELIABILITY & DURABILITY
Separate Design of Workbench and Transmission Mechanism
The HP series features a modular bed that bolts together to form any
required cutting length. With a fixed 3.5m width, customers can start
with a standard configuration and extend in 6m or 8m increments as
needs grow. Each section is precision-machined for perfect alignment,
creating a continuous rigid structure that maintains accuracy across
the entire extended length.
HEAVY-DUTY STEEL GANTRY
Maximum Rigidity, Superior Stability
Heavy-duty steel gantry paired with precision-ground heavy slides delivers
exceptional rigidity under high-power loads. The steel beam maintains
precise alignment and minimizes deflection during thick plate processing.
Heavy slides ensure smooth, stable motion across the full cutting width.
Together, this rigid combination guarantees consistent cutting accuracy,
superior edge quality, and long-term reliability for demanding industrial
applications.

COMPOSITE CUTTING
Straight Cut + Bevel in One Setup (Optional)
*Optional flame composite cutting head integrates straight flame
cutting with up to 45° bevel capability in a single unit. Supports up to
20kW for flame applications on the 60kW-ready HP platform. Designed
for heavy plate fabrication requiring both straight cuts and edge
preparation.
*Optional bevel-only cutting head delivers precise angle control for
applications requiring consistent edge preparation. Available in A-axis
or A/B-axis configurations for single-angle or complex compound
bevels. Ideal for weld-ready bevels, chamfers, and V-grooves with
repeatable accuracy and superior edge quality.

Cleaner Air, Protected Components (Optional)
*Optional gantry beam cover protects precision guides and drives from
airborne contaminants. Extends component life while improving workplace
safety by enclosing moving parts
*Optional high-efficiency dust extraction kit maximizes fume capture
directly at the cutting zone. Removes harmful particulates before they
disperse, creating a cleaner, healthier work environment.
