Integrated Coil Processing & Laser Cutting Line
The rolling coil laser cutting line integrates uncoiling, leveling, cut-to
length, and cutting into one continuous process.
Direct laser cutting from coils eliminates leveling, slitting, transport,
and tooling costs.
Automatic loading saves time, labor, and enhances safety while
maximizing laser utilization.
Simultaneous cutting and unloading reduces handling time—optional
automatic unloading further improves efficiency.
HYDRAULIC UNCOILER
Stable Feeding, Constant Tension
The hydraulic uncoiler features constant tension control to ensure
smooth, consistent material feeding throughout the production
process. Designed for heavy steel coils up to 10 tons, the system
automatically adjusts tension to match processing requirements.
Powered decoiler with coil car enables quick coil loading and
changeover, reducing downtime. Safety guarding and coil-end
detection are standard, protecting both operator and equipment.
PRECISION LEVELER
Flatness for Cutting Accuracy
The precision leveler removes coil memory and residual stress,
delivering flat sheet stock essential for consistent cutting quality.
Multiple work rollers with adjustable pressure progressively flatten
material as it passes through. Servo-driven roller adjustments allow
quick setup for different material thicknesses and widths. The result
is consistently flat sheet entering the cutting station, ensuring stable
cutting accuracy and superior edge quality regardless of original coil
condition.
SERVO FEEDING SYSTEM
Accurate Feed, Minimal Waste
The high-precision servo feeding system delivers accurate feed length with
repeatable accuracy. Paired with a precision measuring roller, the system
continuously monitors and adjusts feed position in real time, compensating
for material variations. This closed-loop control ensures precise part
positioning under the cutting head, eliminating positioning errors and
minimizing material waste. Quick feed rate adjustments allow seamless
transitions between different part lengths within the same production run.
FIBER LASER CUTTING STATION
Stable Gantry, Fast Cutting
The cutting station features a Alumium gantry structure designed for
fast, accurate motion. Available in power options from 3kW to 6kW,
the fiber laser handles a wide range of material thicknesses with
exceptional cutting speed and edge quality. Auto-focus cutting head
adjusts in real time to maintain optimal focal distance across varying
sheet conditions. The cutting station accommodates 3015 and 4015
sheet sizes, with an open design that simplifies part removal and
improves workflow.

Professional Nesting Software
New control system of FSCUT is a full-featured bus control system
specially launched for the sheet metal processing industry.
