PRECISION PNEUMATIC CHUCK
Stable Clamping, Accurate Positioning
Integrated sealed design prevents dust ingress, protecting accuracy
and service life. Built-in cylinders with side air intake enable easy
installation and reliable clamping. Four-jaw rail mechanism ensures
excellent linearity and stability.
ZERO-TAILINGS CUTTING
Zero-tailings Chuck（Optional）
*Optional zero-tailings chuck enables complete utilization of the entire tube
length with no remnant waste. Every meter of tube becomes productive
material, putting money back in your pocket.
FRONT & REAR PNEUMATIC SUPPORTS
Stable Cutting, Optional Servo Upgrades
Front and rear pneumatic supports stabilize long tubes during cutting,
preventing sagging and vibration for consistent quality across the
entire length.
*Optional servo-driven supports provide dynamic positioning and
enhanced stability. When equipped, model upgrades to T24X.
*Optional drop-off rack available for automated part collection.
CHUCK OVERTRAVEL DESIGN
Min. Tailings, Max. Material Yield
The innovative chuck overtravel design allows the chuck to move past the
cutting head, reducing remaining tailings to an absolute minimum. This
maximizes material utilization and delivers significant cost savings on
expensive tube stock.

BOCHU System & Advanced Options
The T Series features BOCHU control system with BOCI auto-focus cutting
head for precise focal control.
*Optional bevel package includes TubesT nesting software with zero
oscillation bevel head—delivering advanced nesting algorithms, intelligent
common cutting, batch import, seam compensation, and precise angle cuts
for weld preparation.
