Integrated Industrial Air Supply Equipment
XV15-16Y 4-in-1 integrated air compressor combines air compressor, air tank, refrigerated dryer and filter in one unit. Adopting air cooling design and modular structure, it delivers efficient air supply and advanced purification, widely used in industrial scenarios with high demands for air stability and cleanliness, such as laser cutting, machinery manufacturing, and electronic processing.

Compact 4-in-1 layout integrates air compressor, air tank, refrigerated dryer, filter (and optional components) into one unit. No extra piping required, plug-and-play installation, greatly reducing footprint and installation cost with an aesthetic appearance. Brand-new modular structure design, compact layout, ready for installation and use, convenient for movement, and adaptable to various working conditions.

High-Efficiency Air End & Long-Life Core
Adopts high-performance air end with advanced asymmetric rotor profile,delivering higher compression efficiency and lower noise. Long service life of screw and bearing ensures stable and reliable long-term operation. Equipped with F-class insulation and variable speed starting, featuring low starting current, low grid impact and smoother operation.
CLEAN AIR SUPPLY
Complete Post-Treatment for High-Quality Air Supply
Built-in 340L air tank stabilizes pressure and buffers airflow to avoid fluctuations. Combined with HT-01 refrigerated dryer (2.0 m³/min capacity) and original filter, it effectively removes moisture, impurities and oil mist, directly discharging dry compressed air to fully ensure terminal gas quality. Integrated pipeline system reduces the possibility of unit failure and leakage, greatly minimizing pressure loss and improving gas supply efficiency
SAFE OPERATION
Stable & Reliable Operation Design
Adopts air cooling method, adaptable to ambient temperature 2℃ -45 ℃ , unit noise ≤70 dB(A), vibration ≤7 mm/s, ensuring quieter operation and minimal impact on the surrounding environment. Equipped with 40 A disconnect switch and capacity control technology to supply air on demand, saving energy and ensuring circuit safety.
