This series of self-developed dust collectors is designed to efficiently treat pollutants such as dust, fume and odor, targeting laser cutting, laser marking, laser engraving, reflow soldering and other industrial scenarios, providing a clean and safe working environment for production.
PRODUCT SERIES & DESCRIPTION
Full-Scenario Adaptable High-Efficiency Purification System
TODC-L Series: High negative pressure & high suction model, suitable for high-power laser cutting and thick plate processing, efficiently capturing and purifying high-concentration dust and fume to ensure workshop air quality
TODC-B Series: Compact high-efficiency purification model, suitable for laser marking, engraving and small-scale cutting. With a compact body and flexible installation, it achieves efficient dust and fume purification in limited space, balancing performance and space utilization.
Both series share core technologies and can be flexibly selected according todifferent working conditions, covering full-scenario dust control needs from precision processing to heavy-duty cutting.
INTEGRATED INTELLIGENT DESIGN
Sturdy Durable & Intelligent Efficient
Metal frame structure + high-quality cold-rolled steel plate + electrostatic spraying process, with a simple, elegant and durable appearance. Modular design, flexible air inlet flange configuration to adapt to different equipment layouts.
Self-developed control system, supporting EtherCAT bus protocol and energy-saving VFD control, with user-friendly operation. ＞ Timed automatic pulse cleaning function extends filter life and reduces replacement costs.
DEEP PURIFICATION
High-Efficiency Power & Filtration System
Adopts high-performance motor from Siemens / Beide with backward curved turbine fan, providing high negative pressure and strong suction, with stable operation, low noise and low energy consumption. Multi-stage filtration structure with imported high-quality filter cartridges, thorough dust capture and stable purification effect Quick-release filter design ensures easy installation and maintenance, with lower long-term operating cost.
